본 서비스는 Google Gemini API를 사용한 AI 기반 증명사진 생성 서비스를 제공합니다. 사용자는 사진을 업로드하고 공식 문서에 적합한 전문적인 형식의 증명사진을 받을 수 있습니다.
3. 사용자 요구사항
- 본 서비스를 사용하려면 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다
- 본인의 사진만 업로드할 수 있습니다
- 명시적 동의 없이 다른 사람의 사진을 업로드해서는 안 됩니다
- 어린이나 미성년자의 사진을 업로드해서는 안 됩니다
4. 허용되는 사용
다음 행위를 금지합니다:
- 불법적인 목적으로 서비스 사용
- 부적절하거나 불쾌하거나 불법적인 콘텐츠 업로드
- 보안 조치 우회 시도
- 서비스를 사용하여 위조 문서 작성
- 생성된 사진의 상업적 재배포 또는 재판매
5. 지적 재산권
귀하는 원본 사진에 대한 소유권을 유지합니다. 생성된 사진은 개인 용도로 제공됩니다. 서비스 및 기반 기술은 서비스 제공자의 재산입니다.
6. 면책 조항

7. AI 생성 사진 면책 조항
중요: 본 서비스에서 생성된 사진은 인공지능 기술을 사용하여 생성됩니다.
